Export regulations in Albania
Prohibited Items
The following are goods which cannot be taken out of the country:
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances.
- Counterfeit or pirated goods.
Restricted Items
These goods are strictly regulated, and in most cases require a permit to be obtained prior to departure:
- Any currency or precious metal or gems with a value exceeding ALL1,000,000 must be declared, and documents justifying their purpose must be presented.
- Goods of cultural heritage and works of art.
