These goods are strictly regulated, and in most cases require a permit to be obtained prior to departure:
- Rice paddy and derivative products.
- Timber Class 1A, 1B, 1C, Nibong, and Rattans.
- Articles of an antique or historical nature made or discovered in Brunei Darussalam.
- Kerosene.
